DraftKings Weekly Picks: Week 6

Week 6 of the NFL season is upon us, and we’re back with this week’s DraftKings weekly picks. Recapping last week’s action, four of our hosts finished with over 150 points, led by Lou Merloni with 184 points. Propelled by Doug Martin‘s 39-point performance, Merloni shot up to the No. 2 spot on the leader board, just behind his midday co-host Christian Fauria.

Once again last week’s featured players outperformed their price tags, with Brady putting up 25 points in Dallas, and Rams running back Todd Gurley recording just under 19 points despite not finding the end zone. Each week the feature players have delivered above-average return on investment, and that leads us into this week’s featured player.

LeGarrette Blount is going for just $4,200 on DraftKings this week and, as you all know, he has a juicy matchup against Indy’s defense. Historically the Patriots have put up monster numbers on the ground against the Colts, with 13 rushing touchdowns over the last three meetings (Blount has accounted for seven). New England is out for blood this weekend — the Patriots undoubtedly will continue to try to put points on the board no matter what the score is. Blount certainly is a worthwhile play on DraftKings this week.
